Q. SHOULD YOU REPAIR OR REPLACE AN APPLIANCE?

A. An old appliance in your home results in one of two choices. You can either call for appliance repair in an attempt to save a little money and keep using your old refrigerator, stove, dishwasher or washing machine or dryer or replace the old appliance with a new unit.

Household appliances have an expected lifetime. If your current home appliance is within the early or middle timeframe of that average lifetime, we always encourage calling our appliance repair service. If the appliance is nearing the final part of its expected lifetime, we recommend replacing it with a new unit if you have a budget for it.

Below are the estimated lifetimes of all models of home appliances:

Dishwasher: 10 years
Washer: 11 years
Dryer: 14 years
Refrigerator: 15 years
Gas Ovens: 15 years
Electric Stove: 15 years
Freezer: 15 years

Q. WILL YOU PROVIDE A GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY?

A. Yes. We offer a warranty on manufacturer parts and our labor. We use manufacturer parts for LG, Frigidaire, GE, Sub-Zero, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Wolf, Amana and many other common appliance brands to preserve the manufacturer’s warranty. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us anytime after our service if any issues return with your home appliance.

Q. DO YOU FIX THE BROKEN APPLIANCE ON THE INITIAL VISIT?

A. We can. We fill all of our service vans with over 90% of the most common manufacturer replacement appliance parts and all of the necessary tools to complete our repair service. If we have to return at a later time to complete a repair, there won’t be an extra service cost. We estimate that we finish over 85% of our appliance repair appointments during the initial trip.

Q. WILL YOU CALL ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?

A. Yes. We provide a 1-2 hour timeframe for the repairman to arrive at your home. We understand how important our customer’s time is so do our best to arrive within the early portion of our service window. However, if a previous repair or appointment takes longer than expected, this allows the repairman a little time to be able to arrive on schedule during the service window. Our repairmen call 10-15 minutes prior to their arrival.
